Delivery

Standard mainland UK delivery starts from £2.50 via Royal Mail, we also post worldwide, please see the checkout page for price.

We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment, deliveries are Monday – Friday (excluding bank or public holidays). Occasionally delivery may be delayed due to reasons outside of our control, but we will keep you updated if this is the case.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase from Made in Swad, then you can return the items for a refund (this applies to online purchases only).

Please contact us before you return any item, so we can give you the correct return address details and to enable us to start processing your return.

Please return your items within 10 working days for a refund of the purchase price, excluding postage cost. Parcels are returned at your own cost and we strongly recommend that you obtain a proof of postage. Items must be returned in a perfect unused condition, in the original packaging.

Made in Swad cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure the parcel is packaged carefully and items are well protected, ensuring that the goods will not be damaged in transit, otherwise we may not be able to refund your items. Please make a note of the reason for returning the parcel and supply contact details in case we have a query. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods, it can take up to 10 days for a refund to appear on your PayPal, credit card or bank statement.
